First place the concave lens on the cementing jig, dispense glue by dispensing equipment or manually, and then overlap the cemented surface of the convex lens with the cemented surface of the concave lens. Before UV glue curing, use eccentric/center/centering instrument and other optical testing instruments to detect the eccentricity of the lens, then irradiate it with UVLED point light source for pre-curing, and finally put it into the UVLED curing oven (or UVLED surface light source). Weak UV light is irradiated for a long time until the glue is completely cured, firmly sticking the two lenses together.
